Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers select vehicles by showcasing the features and capabilities of various models. You will develop leads, qualify buyers, and close sales while providing excellent customer service and maintaining our company’s high standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and determine their vehicle preferences.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road.
  • Suggest optional equipment to customers and research availability.
  • Consult with the Sales Manager to finalize pricing, financing, and sales details.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features and warranty information.
  • Maintain and develop a prospecting system to generate leads.
  • Stay informed of new products, features, and accessories.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand, talk, hear, walk, and sit throughout the workday.
  • Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasionally lift or move objects up to 10 pounds.
  • Work environment may include exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

job requirement

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills to interpret business materials and instructions.
  • Excellent written communication skills for reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from customers and managers.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle practical situations with limited standard procedures.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks following dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with the parts department, and ensure repairs meet quality and safety regulations. This role welcomes technicians at all levels, including trainees and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review repair orders from the dispatcher
  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory guidelines
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and carry out authorized repairs
  • Coordinate with Parts Department to obtain necessary parts
  • Document service performed and tag parts when required for warranty or customer requests
  • Communicate promptly with service advisors about additional work or delays
  • Conduct road tests to verify repair quality
  • Maintain clean work areas and customers’ vehicles
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on technical bulletins
  • Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and regulatory policies

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to walk, sit, talk, and hear as needed
